During the collapse of the housing market, Mary helped us navigate the challenging waters of a short sale. She provided us with access to quality people to help with repairs and she connected us with legal counsel. She was patient as we brought our kids in tow and looked through rental after rental. When it didn't sell in two months, Mary found some superb renters for us, and they ended up renting the property for five years. During that time, she acted as property manager for us, since we moved out of state. She was always prompt and professional in that role. When the renters finally decided to purchase their own home, we once again asked Mary to be our realtor.
