My wife and I had a long experience with Mary Opfer; we sold a townhome in Algonquin, and actually put it up for sale in 2012 (with her as our realtor) when the market was really slow. During the collapse of the housing market, Mary helped us navigate the challenging waters of a short sale. She provided us with access to quality people to help with repairs and she connected us with legal counsel.
